What do I get for participating?

This organizational diagnostic is delivered through an on-line survey instrument followed by a written feedback report and telephone consultation.  After completing the survey you will receive:

• An advanced copy of the Supply Chain / Strategic Sourcing Organizational
  Maturity Benchmarking Study

• A customized benchmarking report of your current organization's maturity level compared to the overall market and the participating companies in this assessment.  The report will assess your organization's competencies against The Mpower Group's Supply Chain/Strategic Sourcing Maturity Model, i.e. against world class sourcing and supply chain organizations, and recommend steps to evolve to higher levels of maturity.

• A one-hour tele-consulting session with one of TMG's supply-chain/strategic sourcing experts. The tele-consultation will answer any questions you may have about the assessment results and determine how you can generate additional value through your supply chain / strategic sourcing efforts.
