The Mpower Group is proud to announce:

Almost all issues and challenges in major cost reduction/optimization initiatives are “predictable” and “inevitable”.  If that is true, then it stands to reason that a logical approach is to deal with them up front to significantly minimize their impact.  Every study of large initiatives in corporations ends up with the same factor identified at the core of success or failure – Change Management.  The successful incorporation of Change Management techniques early and throughout the Strategic Sourcing/Supply-Chain Management process absolutely determines whether an initiative will succeed or fail. The goal of Change Management in Strategic Sourcing and Supply-Chain Management is to:

  • Accelerate and guarantee the realization of business benefits (i.e.)  Sourcing savings and Supply-Chain optimization

  • Establish a climate of collaboration with your internal business and Supply-Chain partners that will lead to the most successful outcome

  • Develop support for Strategic Sourcing and Supply-Chain Management within the enterprise

  • Manage chaos by anticipating, addressing, and even resolving issues/problems that occur during the Sourcing/Supply-Chain process
